ARM invites your participation in its Safety Recognition Awards. The purpose of these awards are to highlight the importance of safety in all aspects of our industry and to award the rotational molder member that has the lowest incident rate.

Many of you have already filled out a Bureau of Labor Statistics report called "OSHA Form 300A, Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses." Submit a copy of your OSHA Form 300A, using 2024 data only. All information provided will be kept confidential and will not be published in any list by ARM. The intent is to request only data that is already provided to others, such as OSHA, so as not to create any additional work. (This award is open to all rotomolder members -- regardless of location.)

Awards will be presented in two categories: Companies with less than 50 employees and Companies or branches with 50 employees or more. Note that we are now allowing individual branches of 50 employees or more to apply instead of mandating that entire companies only apply. Please indicate your intentions when sending the form.

All rotomolder members are encouraged to participate -- regardless of their country of origin. The form will not be diffuclt for non-US members to complete.
